Winter Palooza

Saturday we were supposed to go to Castle Dale for our nephews baptism. However, due to weather conditions and it being a 2 1/2 hour drive, we decided not to make the trip. Stacy and I were so bummed, cause we were looking forward to an outing. So we decided to take the kids to Winter Palooza at South Town Expo. Nee Ners and Grandpa decided to come along as well.

It turned out to be so much fun. There was so much going on, and so many funny things for everyone. Carter was able to walk on a balance beam, do a back flip, put his face on a cow body, dance to a Hannah Montana impersonator, get a U of U tattoo, play with a track, and attempt the bouncing houses.

Peanut doing a back flip, hands down and all!

Carter playing with the drums.

"Me, Moooo-Cow?"

Our kids LOVE bubbles!

I also really enjoyed the Palooza. They had so much information and activities. We signed up for Utah Kids Club, which will give us buy one get one free to many events, restaurants, etc. It also sends an e-mail with a daily calendar of what events are going on that week.

I was able to talk to a woman about adoption, buy a book, received two books free, find information on music classes, gymnastics, art classes, etc. It really turned out to be a fun event, and for several hours, the whole thing cost less than $20. That is a score in our world. It was so great to spend time with the family, and get away from the house.

Hopefully, now that we are a member of the kids club, we will find more activities to participate in.

Best of Buds, ready for lunch! LET'S GO!!!
